May I come and view your facility?

Viewings are welcome by appointment. Please contact us to arrange.

What is the sign up process?

This is an online process. This allows for a speedy sign up and move in. Contact us via phone or email for a quote and to sign up via our online system.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, you will need to arrange your own insurance. Also, do not assume your insurer automatically covers items in storage or at another location – please notify them. If you do not, items are stored at your sole risk. As we are a professional storage facility, most insurers are happy to offer insurance for items here.

Do you send an invoice?

We do not automatically send invoices but can email these by request

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via direct deposit into our bank account. Instructions will be emailed to you after signing up.

What are access hours?

You can access the facility between the hours of 7am – 7pm as per our consent.

Can I work in my shed?

We review this on a case-by-case basis – we have powered units with lighting available. Get in touch to discuss options.

Do you sell packing supplies or locks?

We don’t currently sell supplies. Locks are available at Mitre 10 or Bunnings for example, and we are happy to send recommendations.

Is there a toilet?

One of our sites does have a toilet. Contact us to find out more.

Is there power?

Nearly all of our roller door units all have single phase power.

Helpful Hints

• Do not store food – including cans/tinned food.

• You must use the container lockbox when locking the container with your padlock

• Try keep items off the floor to allow air to ventilate. Pallets or shelving can help.

• Do not store wet or damp items – this will cause mould which will spread.

• Defrost fridge/freezers and prop the doors open during storage.

• Regularly check on your stored items every few weeks.

• Use boxes, bags or containers to store clothes.

• Store mattresses vertically.

• Do not store corrosives or paint as their containers can break down and spill throughout your container.
