This is an online process. This allows for a speedy sign up and move in. Contact us via phone or email for a quote and to sign up via our online system.
Yes, you will need to arrange your own insurance. Also, do not assume your insurer automatically covers items in storage or at another location – please notify them. If you do not, items are stored at your sole risk. As we are a professional storage facility, most insurers are happy to offer insurance for items here.
We do not automatically send invoices but can email these by request
We accept payment via direct deposit into our bank account. Instructions will be emailed to you after signing up.
You can access the facility between the hours of 7am – 7pm as per our consent.
We review this on a case-by-case basis – we have powered units with lighting available. Get in touch to discuss options.
We don’t currently sell supplies. Locks are available at Mitre 10 or Bunnings for example, and we are happy to send recommendations.
One of our sites does have a toilet. Contact us to find out more.
Nearly all of our roller door units all have single phase power.
